Moringa leaves are very rich in protein, as well as:
iron
calcium
Vitamins: A, B, C.
Important antioxidant flavonoids, such as quercetin and many more
They are considered to help balance sugar levels, improve bowel movements and protect the body.
Use
Half a teaspoon in a glass of warm water, up to twice a day with or before meals.
You can mix a teaspoon of powder with tehini, smoothies, dairy products and salads.
